Best Republican Candidate

I cant lie. I haven't been paying too much attention to the Republican candidates yet. I see a little. Cain is out, Gingrich is back and now on top, and somebody is calling somebody else a socialist. Besides the drama, can anybody share an objective view on who is best? Or share a link comparing the details of each candidates plans (if they actually have one)?

Plans and marketing before an election is always different than after one's elected.
